Retinol / Vitamin A

Retinol A or vitamin A is one of the most powerful ingredients in skin care when in comes to skin rejuvenation. It is particularly suited to treat  acne, pigmentation (like sun spots/sun damaged skin) and premature aging. A simple way to explain retinol A is to think about it as a conductor.  When reaching to a cell it will encourage all parts of the cell to work as hard as they can to repair and function as it should be.  Maybe like a boss if you wish, when it presents, workers are more likely to be beneficial at their productivity. It is best used at night for an overnight skin repairing and healing.

Most times it is best to introduce it to the skin gradually, always check with your therapist how to introduce it to the skin. Since the skin can be in a repairing mod and can be sensitive, while using retinol, it is suggested to use sunscreen during the day. It works great with facials using peels or microdermabrasion, as these treatments will help the product to penetrate deeper to the skin and repair it from a deeper level.
