I started because I loved beauty, and I couldn’t afford it myself.
I remember thinking, why should women feel guilty for wanting to look after themselves?
So I started from home, keeping it simple, so women could come in and feel good again.
Personal Journey
For a long time, I wasn’t making money. And I had to learn an important lesson. If you don’t value your work, no one else will.
So I had to shift.
I had to stand behind what I do, raise my standards, and build something that reflects the quality we deliver. Over time, this became more than treatments.
I’ve seen women come back to themselves. And I’ve seen therapists rebuild their confidence and step back into their work. That’s when I knew, this work goes deeper than what we do on the surface.

Michal is the founder of Michal Gabriel Beauty & Brow and a recognised leader in natural brow design and healthy skin solutions. With over 20 years in the industry, Michal is known for her honest approach, high standards and long-term results-focused philosophy. She specialises in natural eyebrow design, skin transformation programs and advanced treatments, and is deeply committed to education, both for clients and her team. Michal built the salon on one simple belief, beautiful results come from consistency, care and expertise, not shortcuts.
Lily Silk
Emerging Beauty Therapist
Lily is an emerging therapist with a natural passion for skin health and client care. She brings fresh energy, gentle hands and a strong commitment to learning and growth. Lily is currently refining her skills under the salon’s advanced training framework, ensuring every treatment meets the clinic’s high standards. Her warm nature and dedication to results make her a beautiful addition to the team.

Senior Beauty Therapist
Cindy is a senior therapist with a calm, confident presence and a strong technical skillset. She is known for her precision, attention to detail and ability to create personalised skin solutions that actually work. Cindy specialises in advanced skin treatments, tailored facial programs and client care, ensuring every client feels supported, educated and looked after. Her experience and professionalism make her a trusted go-to therapist within the clinic.
Kharra D'Monte
Clinical Aesthetician
KHARRA brings a strong clinical understanding of skin to the MG Beauty & Brow team, with a Bachelor of Applied Health Science in Clinical Aesthetics and an Associate Degree in Dermal Therapy.
She loves understanding what is actually happening within the skin rather than simply treating what we can see on the surface. Her approach is thoughtful, personalised and focused on building healthier skin over time.
KHARRA believes education is an important part of good skin care. She takes the time to help clients understand their skin, their treatments and what they can realistically do at home to support their results.
Her philosophy fits beautifully with ours: healthy skin first, thoughtful treatment choices and no unnecessary treatments just for the sake of doing more.
Codi Hardiman
Beauty Therapist
CODI is a highly skilled and experienced Beauty Therapist with a Diploma of Beauty Therapy and Diploma of Salon Management.
With experience across a wide range of beauty and advanced skin treatments, CODI brings both strong technical ability and versatility to the MG team. She is particularly experienced in skin treatments, including skin needling, and has a genuine interest in helping clients improve the health and quality of their skin.
She is also skilled in brows, lash lifts, massage and relaxation treatments, making her one of those therapists who can confidently look after a client across many different areas of their beauty and skin journey.
What we love most about CODI is that her experience comes without the fuss. She is warm, professional and genuinely invested in giving every client an excellent treatment and experience.
Mikayla Cunningham
